What is MOQ?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity, which means the minimum number of pcs that we require for each order. Should your order quantity falls below MOQ, please contact our sales personnel for an exclusive quote.

What is a mock up?
A mock up is the actual sample piece produced for approval before proceeding mass production. Client will be provided a visual artwork to confirm before we start the production of the mock up. Artwork changes are to be made and finalize during the artwork stage.

What happens if I want to make changes after mock up production?
Before the production of the mock up, our sales personnel will notify you of a mock up fee. This mock up fee is only chargable in the event where the client changes artwork or cancels the order after confirming to proceed with the mock up. This fee is derived from the mold and set up charges incurred during the mock up production.

I do not have a vector artwork file/I require design services.
We are able to provide tracing and design services at a low cost of $50 – $150 (depending on the complexity of the case). You simply have to provide with a brief and any images/logos which you would like to add in into your artwork. Design services would take 1-3 days.

What is Pantone code? I do not have one.
Pantone code is a specific color code that is used during the designing of your logo. In the case in which you do not have the pantone code, we are able to help you match to the nearest pantone code color or client is free to visit us at our location to use the colors from our pantone chart.

What are the payment methods?
We accept payment via Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer For clients paying by cheque, kindly make the cheque payable to VivoPress Corporation Pte Ltd
For client paying via bank transfer, banking information would be as follows:

What are the payment terms?
50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the mock up/order. 50% balance payment is to be paid upon and balance payment upon delivery

I am preparing goodie bags for an event.
Simply tell us your overall budget/pack, the gifts items which you would like to include in the bag and the type of bag which you prefer. We would be able to provide you with the carrier, the promotional gifts and packaging services.

I require delivery to a location outside of Singapore.
No worries, just tell us beforehand and we can arrange it to be delivered outside Singapore. Just provide us with the full address of the delivery location. Delivery cost will vary depending on the overall weight/volume and country that you are sending to.

I require delivery to more than one location in Singapore
All clients will be offered free delivery to one location. However, if you require delivery to more than 1 location additional delivery will be charge between $50 to $100 depending on the number of locations.
